What is V.Rise Hub?
A space where people have access to the resources, support, knowledge and opportunities they need at different stages of service, after demobilization and during adaptation to civilian life.
Not a one-time service, but ongoing guidance and support right by your side.
We work on a one-stop-shop principle — everything you need in one place. No complex search systems, long routes or dozens of separate contacts. Each area of support helps address specific requests and receive guidance in a comfortable format.
Together we define your needs and build a clear plan of action.
A case manager helps you avoid getting lost among the different formats of support and opportunities. Together you define your current needs, choose specialists or areas of help and form a clear plan of further steps.
You don’t have to search for where to turn next on your own — at the hub you walk this path together.
Individual and group sessions with a psychologist in a safe format.
At V.Rise Hub you can turn to a psychologist individually, together with your partner, or in a group format.
Support may concern adaptation to civilian life, anxiety, exhaustion, aggression, loss of motivation, difficulties in communication or your emotional state in general. At the core — safe interaction without judgment or pressure.
A consultation on your physical condition and basic health questions.
At the hub you can get a therapist’s consultation regarding your physical condition and basic health questions.
The specialist helps gather primary information, structure your request and, if needed, refer you to specialized doctors or partner medical institutions.
Help with documents, statuses, payments and social guarantees.
A lawyer helps with questions of documents, statuses, payments, social guarantees, property matters and other legal requests that veterans and their families may face.
The space also plans thematic meetings and lectures on relevant legal topics.
Professional direction, employment and starting your own business.
Career consultations help you define your next professional direction, prepare for employment, develop your own business or rethink the next stage of your career.
Support is available both for veterans before demobilization and for their family members looking for new professional opportunities.
Art practices and workshops to switch off and lower tension.
Creative workshops and art practices at the hub are a way to switch off, reduce tension and spend time in a calm environment.
Through working with materials, colour and form, participants can gradually stabilize their emotional state and restore their inner resources.
Guidance at different stages of adaptation, recovery and professional development.
Support for spouses, parents and children of veterans.
