Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the team’s work, monitoring project status and task progress;
- Organizing and conducting events;
- Preparing project documentation (drafting technical specifications and other documents) and the project plan;
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals;
- Implementing projects at all stages (from planning to reporting);
- Planning and participating in the development of the Foundation’s operational strategy and individual projects;
- Coordinating logistics processes for the delivery of humanitarian aid.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in similar project management positions;
- Bachelor’s degree (management, social sciences, public administration — preferred);
- Experience in the civil society or nonprofit sector — preferred;
- Knowledge of project management principles and the grant implementation cycle;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and self-management skills;
- Creativity and proactivity in problem-solving.
Communications Manager
Responsibilities
- drafting and editing posts and press releases;
- developing a content plan and managing social media accounts;
- participating in the development and implementation of the Foundation’s communication strategy;
- communicating with partners;
- building a strong reputation and promoting the Foundation’s visibility;
- setting technical tasks for the graphic designer and monitoring their completion;
- preparing analytical materials upon request from the media.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the official language, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to multitask, and teamwork skills;
- Independence, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships;
- Experience working with charitable foundations or non-profit organizations is a plus.
Grant Manager
Responsibilities
- Systematic monitoring of grant programs, competitions, and donor initiatives;
- Analysis of the alignment of opportunities with the Foundation’s strategic priorities;
- Maintenance and updating of the donor and grant opportunities database;
- Preparing concept notes and developing full grant proposals;
- Developing logical frameworks (logframes), activity descriptions, and outcome descriptions;
- Developing project budgets in collaboration with the finance team;
- Submitting grant proposals through relevant platforms or channels;
- Communicating with donors during the application review process;
- Preparing responses to donor clarifications, requests, and comments;
- Participating in negotiations regarding funding terms;
- Analyzing the terms of grant agreements, participating in the coordination of technical and financial aspects of the project, and ensuring the preparation of necessary documentation prior to contract signing;
- Preparing a complete set of project documentation and handing the project over to the project manager;
- Conducting an internal team briefing on donor requirements and the essence of the project.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in international relations, management, economics, or social sciences);
- 1–2 years of experience in preparing grant proposals;
- Proven experience in successfully securing funding—a plus;
- Experience working with international donors (EU, GIZ, UN, IREX, etc.)—a plus.
Veterans' mental health therapist
Responsibilities
- conducting in-person individual psychotherapy sessions;
- initial assessment of clients’ psychological state and identification of their needs;
- developing individualized treatment plans;
- working with traumatic experiences, PTSD, crisis situations, and emotional instability;
- supporting veterans and military personnel in the process of adapting to civilian life;
- providing psychoeducation for clients and, if necessary, their family members;
- maintaining basic case documentation in accordance with the hub’s internal procedures;
- collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for clients;
- adhering to the principles of confidentiality, safety, professional ethics, and respect for each client.
Requirements
- a college degree in psychology;
- certification or training in one of the evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches;
- at least 2 years of experience in psychotherapy or psychological practice;
- experience working with trauma, crisis situations, PTSD, or the veteran community is a plus;
- understanding of the specificities of working with veterans, military personnel, and their families;
- ability to handle sensitive issues calmly, ethically, and professionally;
- emotional resilience, responsibility, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries;
- willingness to work in a team and collaborate with other hub specialists.

Children’s Hub Administrator
Responsibilities
- greet children, parents, and visitors to the Hub;
- advise parents on activities, schedules, and participation requirements;
- signing children up for classes, workshops, and events;
- coordinating the daily operations of the space;
- maintaining order, cleanliness, and comfort in the facility;
- communicating with coaches, teachers, psychologists, and other specialists;
- assist in organizing children’s activities, classes, and events;
- maintain participant lists, registration forms, and basic reports;
- ensure the availability of necessary materials for classes;
- help children adapt comfortably to the space;
- adhere to safety rules, ethical communication standards, and child protection policies.
Requirements
- experience in administrative, organizational, or coordinating work is a plus;
- a love for children and the ability to communicate with them calmly, attentively, and kindly;
- responsibility, punctuality, and organization;
- professional and courteous communication with parents;
- attention to detail;
- ability to work with spreadsheets, registration forms, and basic documents;
- ability to respond quickly to organizational issues;
- willingness to work as part of a charitable foundation’s team;
- understanding of the importance of confidentiality, child safety, and ethical conduct.
