Warmth and comfort in a temporary home: how small things change the lives of IDPs

Warmth and comfort in a temporary home: how small things change the lives of IDPs - Rise of Ukraine

Losing your home is not just a change of address. It is a challenge faced daily by thousands of people who have been forced to leave their hometowns and villages because of the war. In such circumstances, even the smallest manifestations of care take on a special meaning.

A warm blanket, a cup of hot tea, the ability to dry clothes after the rain, or simply charging your phone to stay in touch with your family – all of these things create a sense of comfort and security even in a temporary shelter.

That’s why, as part of the project supported by @razom.for.ukraine, we delivered dryers, charging stations, and power strips to one of the places of compact residence for internally displaced persons in Dnipro. These are small but important things that make the daily life of IDPs a little easier.

Caring is not just words, but also concrete actions that change the reality of people in difficult circumstances. We believe that every contribution, even the smallest, matters. Together, we can make the world a warmer, more comfortable and kinder place.

We thank everyone who supports the Rise and Razom initiatives. Every step is another opportunity to help those who need it most.

💙💛 Let’s do good together!
