V.Rise Hub: A New Support Space for Veterans, Combatants, and Their Families Is Coming Soon to Dnipro
War changes lives far beyond the front line. The transition back to civilian life also requires time, support, and people who are ready to walk this journey alongside those who have served. That is why the Rise of Ukraine Charitable Foundation is creating V.Rise Hub — a comprehensive support center for veterans, combatants, and their family members.
Today, we are excited to share the story behind this initiative. While renovation work is still underway and the final preparations continue, we would like to introduce the vision behind V.Rise Hub and show what this space will become in the near future.
Throughout this article, you will also find visualizations of the future hub, offering a glimpse of the space once construction is complete.
A Space Designed Around People
Over the past several years, Rise of Ukraine has implemented numerous humanitarian, educational, psychosocial, and community development initiatives. We have supported internally displaced people, children, medical institutions, local communities, veterans, and their families.
This experience has taught us an important lesson: people often need more than a single service. They need a place where someone will listen, help them understand their needs, and guide them toward the right support.
V.Rise Hub is being created to become exactly that place.
Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where people can access support without navigating complicated systems or trying to figure everything out on their own.
What Is V.Rise Hub?
V.Rise Hub is a dedicated veteran support center that brings together multiple services under one roof.
Rather than offering isolated consultations, the hub is designed to provide coordinated, person-centered support. Every visitor will receive guidance based on their individual needs and, when appropriate, access to several complementary services within one integrated space.
More than a service center, V.Rise Hub is being developed as a place built on trust, professional expertise, and meaningful human connection.

Who Can Access the Hub?
V.Rise Hub will welcome:
- Veterans;
- Combatants transitioning to civilian life;
- Family members of veterans and combatants;
- Loved ones seeking guidance or support.
We recognize that the challenges of returning to civilian life often affect entire families. For this reason, our services are designed to support not only those who have served but also the people who stand beside them every day.
Services Available at V.Rise Hub
Following its opening, V.Rise Hub will gradually expand the range of services available to visitors. Planned areas of support include:
- Individual psychological counseling;
- Group mental health support sessions;
- Legal consultations;
- Career guidance and employment support;
- Professional orientation and educational opportunities;
- Career transition and retraining consultations;
- Social support services;
- Case management;
- Referral and navigation to public, municipal, and partner services;
- Counseling for family members of veterans and combatants;
- Information on available benefits, programmes, and support opportunities.
In addition to individual services, the hub will host educational events, workshops, lectures, peer support meetings, family activities, and community-building initiatives aimed at strengthening the veteran community and creating new opportunities for personal and professional development.

Our vision is for V.Rise Hub to become a place where people come not only for assistance but also to build connections, learn, and become part of a supportive community.
A Space Taking Shape
Construction and renovation are currently in progress.
Every day, the future hub moves one step closer to opening. Consultation rooms, meeting spaces, waiting areas, and training facilities are all being carefully designed to create an environment where visitors feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Our attention extends beyond the services themselves. We are equally committed to creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and accessible.

The architectural visualizations included here offer a preview of what V.Rise Hub will soon become.
Why We Are Creating V.Rise Hub
Support should not end when military service ends.
It should be accessible, coordinated, and available when people need it most.
That is why we are bringing together specialists from different fields, partner organizations, and the experience of Rise of Ukraine to create a place where no one has to navigate their challenges alone.

We believe resilient communities begin with people who know where to turn for support, have access to quality services, and feel connected to a community that cares.
Opening Soon
The opening of V.Rise Hub is just around the corner.
Over the coming weeks, we will complete the renovation, finalize the interior, and introduce the professionals who will be working at the hub.
We will also continue sharing updates about our services, partnerships, and opportunities that will become available through V.Rise Hub.
We sincerely thank our partners, donors, and everyone contributing to the creation of this important initiative.
Together, we are building a space where veterans, combatants, and their families can access professional support, discover new opportunities, and find a community ready to walk alongside them.
