Here we are, almost at the equator of summer 2024 😱

We enjoy every day, every business and every new acquaintance 🫶🏻

And here’s a detailed report for June, in which we tell you in more detail about everything we managed to do 😉

✨ We started the month with a bright fundraiser called ‘Ray of Care’, in which we raised funds for tablets for education and entertainment for children who lost a parent at the front. Together with our incredible friends @varfamily, @zaboy.donetsk, @ponchykboy, @bpsh.dp, @nasledniki.dp, @cava__bakery, @highhill.coffee.cafe, @x.club_ who supported us, we were able to raise 69,000 UAH, which we used to buy 15 brand new tablets 👌🏻 And on Children’s Day, we met, had a warm time and presented gifts 🎁

🎈We became participants of the festival ‘Holiday for Children’ and the charity fair ‘Unite for Victory’. Here we had a blast and made so many cool zones with entertainment 😱

  • Masterclass on kite making for outdoor entertainment
  • Interactive game ‘Accurate Throw’, which showed how everyone’s sight works
  • We made a lot of almost real tattoos: those re-enactments and glitter ones
  • Created the world’s best lemonades with the chief bartenders of our blue hearts

🫂 Supported our guardian angels and handed over turnstiles to the Nikopol State Emergency Service to save lives.

🎳 Burst into the world of bowling and cheerfully shouted ‘STRAAAAAIK’ with 20 children of IDPs and military personnel. There were no losers in this game, because the main prize was new friends and vivid memories.

🍟 We met with very important 25 little people for lunch: we crunched on potatoes, enjoyed Happy Meals, discussed all the current issues about cartoons. Yes, we can afford it, because @mcdonaldsukraine arranged it.

✨ In 20 classes in each area, we became: 🥋 karate senshi, so we advise all unkind people to avoid these super kids 🗣️ replenished their vocabularies in their heads at @esl_dp English lessons 🎨 created new masterpieces at the ‘School of Little Van Goghs’, which are still hanging at home, but we know that they really belong in the Louvre

🖼 As part of the @yednanniazaradydii programme, together with IDPs aged 30+, we visited the Dnipro Art Museum and the Vadym Sidura Museum, where we learned more about the artist and his work.

And here’s what our team visited to become even better (although they’re already much better, they’re already superheroes ) ⚡️ Child Protection Cluster ⚡️ Meeting of the Child Protection Coordination Group in Dnipro Oblast ⚡️ Training for the team on stabilising the psycho-emotional state from SpilDiya ⚡️ Training on education in emergencies ⚡️ Subnational meeting of the KSFU partners in Dnipro Oblast ⚡️ Training ‘Grant Compass 2. 0’ by the Ukrainian-Danish Youth House.

But we will keep all the main news for now 😜

Happy July with Rise 💙💛
