There are moments to capture with gratitude.

On January 20, at our HUB, we did another distribution of humanitarian aid packages — already the third joint one together with our partners, Space-Eye. And it is high time to say “Thank you” — for trust, consistency, and genuine care.

Space-Eye are our partners from Germany who systematically support Ukraine with humanitarian assistance. This distribution had something especially warm about it: people in Germany received a list of essential items — cereals, sugar, flour, sweets, children’s toys, hygiene products, vitamins — and personally brought them to collection points. These items were then packed into boxes — put together with care, with certain families in mind and a sincere desire to support. The entire process was coordinated by Space-Eye — clearly, smoothly, and with great humanity.

As a result, we distributed 112 humanitarian aid packages.

On our side, organizing the process, coordination, logistics, and transportation to ensure the aid reached those who needed it in time.

The packages were distributed among :

  • families who lost their breadwinner;
  • families of military personnel;
  • families of veterans and those currently serving;
  • families with multiple children;
  • internally displaced persons;
  • families of elderly people.

This distribution was not about numbers. It was about conversations, mindful looks, sincere words of thanks, and the feeling that life became a bit easier for someone nearby. Festive packages — with sweets and small gifts for children — filled the atmosphere with warmth, care, and a very simple but important feeling: you are remembered.

We hold on to the words we heard that day:

Thank you sincerely for such wonderful help. The children were truly happy.

Thank you very much for the support. After a very difficult night, hope and strength returned.

Thank you for such care, kindness, and the volunteers’ quick response.

This support made the day brighter after a very hard night. Thank you.

We are deeply grateful for the support in such difficult times.

This was already our third joint distribution with Space-Eye — and it is a great honour for us to continue this tradition of support. We are sincerely grateful to our partners for their trust, consistency, and humanity in every detail, and we hope for new joint initiatives.

Because such projects are not just about humanitarian aid. They are about involvement, attentiveness, and the feeling that there are people nearby ready to support you.

Together with Rise, we continue to be there where it truly matters 💙💛

Dream Championship: How Football Helped Raise UAH 300,000 for Children’s Summer Camp
Sometimes the most important score of a match is not displayed on the scoreboard. You can see it in the people who come together around a shared purpose. In the donations made between halves. In teams that step onto the field for more than just victory. And in children’s dreams that become a little closer […]

The Team That Holds the Process Together
The Team That Holds the Process Together Charitable organizations tend to talk about outcomes. The number of aid deliveries, the volume of assistance provided, the projects completed. Far less often does the focus fall on the people behind those processes — the ones who weave them into the fabric of daily work. At Rise of […]

How Changes in Space Transform Everyday Life: the Rise of Shelter Project in Dnipro
In Dnipro, there is a place where people learn how to move forward after being forced to relocate. The “Dzherelo Pidtrymky” shelter has been hosting internally displaced persons for nearly four years and, for many, has become a temporary home. With the financial support of Hungarian Interchurch Aid, we implemented the Rise of Shelter project […]

Fedir Samburskyi, call sign “Shkiper,” speaks about his journey without any attempt to simplify it or frame it through easy formulas.
