From One Request to Meaningful Support: Delivering Medical Supplies to the Central Hospital of Krynychky

Sometimes, meaningful support begins with a simple message.

Recently, the Central Hospital of Krynychky reached out to Rise of Ukraine with a request for medical supplies. Like many healthcare institutions across Ukraine, the hospital faces ongoing challenges in securing the resources needed for its daily operations. Among its most urgent needs were essential medicines required to provide consistent care to patients.

When we received the request, we immediately began looking for ways to help.

One of the first people we contacted was Miguel, a long-time friend and partner of the Foundation who has supported numerous humanitarian and social initiatives over the years. Without hesitation, he responded to the request and provided two large boxes of medicines to support the hospital.

At the same time, Rise of Ukraine contributed by purchasing additional medications that were still needed. By combining efforts, we were able to assemble and deliver a significant supply of essential medicines to the hospital.

This story is not about extraordinary heroism or large-scale emergency campaigns. It is about something equally important: the power of partnership and the willingness to respond when support is needed.

Every day, hospitals continue their work under challenging circumstances. Medical professionals care for patients, manage limited resources, and ensure that communities have access to healthcare services. Even relatively small gaps in medical supplies can create additional pressure on healthcare teams.

That is why timely support matters.

In this case, a request from a hospital, a partner willing to help, and a Foundation ready to coordinate the response came together to create a practical solution. What could have remained an unmet need became a successful example of how collaboration can make a real difference.

Representatives of the Central Hospital of Krynychky expressed their sincere gratitude for the support received. For the hospital team, this assistance was more than a delivery of medicines—it was a reminder that they are not facing these challenges alone.
