In times of full-scale war, supporting people and communities requires a united effort. No single organization can address all the challenges facing Ukrainian society today. That is why cooperation between public authorities, civil society organizations, and charitable foundations remains one of the most effective tools for creating sustainable solutions and ensuring timely support for those who need it most.

With this shared vision in mind, Rise of Ukraine Charitable Foundation and the Dnipro District Military Administration have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The signing of the Memorandum marks an important step toward strengthening collaboration between the public sector and civil society. More than a formal agreement, it reflects a shared commitment to creating new opportunities for the implementation of social, humanitarian, and recovery initiatives across communities in the Dnipro District.

Today, Ukrainian communities continue to face unprecedented challenges. Internal displacement, the growing need for psychological support, the restoration of social connections, assistance for veterans, support for children and families, and community recovery all require coordinated and long-term efforts.

This is why partnerships between local authorities and charitable organizations are so important. Such cooperation enables more effective information sharing, a deeper understanding of community needs, faster responses to emerging challenges, and greater capacity to mobilize resources for those who need support.

Over the past years, Rise of Ukraine has implemented a wide range of programs and initiatives aimed at supporting people affected by the war. The Foundation works in the areas of humanitarian assistance, support for internally displaced persons, programs for children and youth, veteran support, educational opportunities, and psychosocial services.

An important part of the Foundation’s work is also focused on community recovery and the creation of safe spaces for learning, development, and social interaction. In addition, Rise of Ukraine supports healthcare institutions and implements initiatives that help people adapt to new circumstances and regain a sense of stability.

Through cooperation with the Dnipro District Military Administration, additional opportunities emerge to strengthen coordination and expand the impact of these efforts. This partnership will contribute to the more effective implementation of joint initiatives, quicker responses to community needs, and the development of new opportunities for local communities.

We strongly believe that trust and open dialogue between public institutions and civil society are essential components of resilient communities. Partnerships like this help transform shared intentions into concrete actions and practical solutions that improve people’s lives.

We sincerely thank the Dnipro District Military Administration for its trust, openness to cooperation, and willingness to join efforts for a common purpose.

Ahead of us lie new initiatives, joint projects, and continued work aimed at making support more accessible, communities stronger, and opportunities available to more people.

Because it is through collaboration that we can achieve greater impact and create sustainable solutions for the recovery and development of Ukraine.

Sometimes the most important score of a match is not displayed on the scoreboard. You can see it in the people who come together around a shared purpose. In the donations made between halves. The Team That Holds the Process Together
The Team That Holds the Process Together Charitable organizations tend to talk about outcomes. The number of aid deliveries, the volume of assistance provided, the projects completed. Far less often does the focus fall on the people behind those processes — the ones who weave them into the fabric of daily work. At Rise of […]

A Hearing Aid and a New Chapter in Artem’s Life
Everyday life is full of sounds that people usually don’t even notice. The rustle of grass underfoot, children’s laughter in the yard, quiet conversations at home, or the familiar voice of a mother speaking to her child. For most of us, these things are so natural that we almost never stop to think about them. […]
