How our team participated in the IOM Livelihoods Fundamentals training

Being a volunteer means becoming better in order to help those in need π«
That’s why our team is always looking for new trainings, knowledge and contacts.
This time, our Katya and Tymur took part in the Livelihood Fundamentals training from the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) ππ»
It all started, of course, with introductions: first to each other, and then to the project in general, and its name was revealed. Spoiler alert: it translates to “sustainable livelihoods” π€
Then, in the course of the discussion, we identified and traced the most pressing problems in the Dnipro region βπ»
We split into groups and started interactive work π
In the end, each group created its own project. It was based on the problems identified earlier and discussed ways to solve them ππ»
Thanks to such events, we can not only learn new things, but also share experiences with other charitable and other organisations ππ»
Let’s get better together with Rise ππ
